Gift vouchers are redeemable only at Meyhane restaurant and for eligible purchases. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No change will be given unless required by law.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or redeemed.

Gift vouchers purchased online will be delivered electronically or via the selected delivery method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers. Please treat your voucher like cash.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of payment. Multiple vouchers may be used in one transaction unless otherwise stated. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.

Promotional or discounted vouchers may have separate terms and expiry dates which will be clearly stated at the time of issue.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold vouchers where fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
